Delivery information

We deliver in every city where we have a studio. You can order from anywhere in the world for delivery to any of those cities; the available countries and areas are listed at checkout.

Delivery fees

Fees are calculated at checkout from the recipient's delivery zone and are shown in US dollars before you pay.

Scheduled slots & same-day delivery

Choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout. Same-day delivery is available in selected zones for orders placed before the daily cutoff (local time in the delivery city). Some designs need extra preparation time and can only be scheduled for a later date.

If the recipient isn't available

Our delivery team will call the recipient's phone number. If we cannot reach them, we'll contact you to arrange a redelivery or leave the order with a trusted person at the address.

Proof of delivery

Once delivered, your order page shows the delivery time, who received it and, where possible, a photo.

Seasonal substitutions

Flowers are natural and seasonal. If a stem is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value that keeps the style and palette of your design.
