Refunds & cancellations
Cancelling an order
You can request a cancellation from your order page until the order is out for delivery. If the order has been paid, approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
Quality concerns
If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the design or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued in US dollars to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take several business days to show the credit.
Gift cards
Gift card value used on a cancelled order is restored to the gift card.
